Collection: Wild Clay Collection

This collab with Southern Utah ceramicist @handbuilt_by_lee started as a dream Summer of 2024.

My love for the desert landscape and the trails I have taken over the years inspired my Desert Memories collection where I use earth collected from various public lands and set it with resin in various types of jewelry. But as I kept creating, I fell out of love of using resin and wanted a more natural sustainable option. Resin is plastic plain and simple, and with every piece of jewelry I made using it, I was making more plastic...YUCK!

I continued to collect earth, and was careful to create only small batches at a time. Then came a chance meeting at famers market that would give life to my resin free creations.

Lee Judd stopped by my booth @downtownfamers market in Saint George, UT Spring 2025 and we connected immediately over our love for the Southern Utah landscape and getting down and dirty in the earth. I told them my idea for a more sustainable jewelry collection by using wild clay from the surrounding area created into "stones" to set. Lee was like, "ya I could do that", and the rest is history!

I am so grateful for the chance to work with a fellow Southern Utah Artist and together create one of a kind, sustainable, small batch, hand crafted wild clay jewelry.

We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
